The card - strip at the bottom is embossed and then added to the card front.  The green and blue leaves are stamped, die cut and popped up.  The plain colored stems are die cut.  The sentiment is stamped on a die cut label with some stamped leaves and some grunge.  

Eye Dr. appointment this afternoon.  Hoping to get some stamping done before and after.....it's been too long and I've got new stuff to play with!
