The card - background is patterned paper.  I stamped the script and leaves on the background paper and then die cut the shape in the center and popped it up.  The larger oval is die cut and the smaller one is stamped and then punched out.  Added some twine.  

Time to change some decor and put up a bit of Valentine's - don't have a lot so that won't take long.   Better do some laundry too since the laundry basket is overflowing!
