The card - more new flowers!  The smaller panel has a piece of vellum cut a bit smaller and attached to the panel.  (it doesn't show up well in the photo).  The flowers and leaves are die cut from patterned paper and popped up on top of the vellum layer.  
Add a sentiment strip at the bottom and a bit of bling.

Not sure what is happening today.  Hudson was supposed to have a his own 'Grandma day' today.  But Ethan was sick yesterday and spent the afternoon yesterday sleeping on my lap.  So, I'm not sure if both boys are going to be here today or not.  It's  wait and see I guess!
