The card - background is embossed.  I die cut two wreaths, one solid cardstock, one from patterned paper and just overlapped the patterned paper one on top.  Added a die cut sentiment piece and a bit of bling.  Super easy!

A bit more 'Grandma time' with Ethan today.  Love this kid, but I will be glad when they figure out what the problem is so he can go back to day care.  I am glad I'm available to have him here though!
