The card - background is embossed. Smaller square is die cut, matted and popped up. Add some bling and ribbon. Easy peasy!

Consider it CASED!

It can be assumed that most of the cards you see on this blog have been CASED. (Copy and Share Everything) I copy a lot. I copy from friends, (thank you friends!), I copy from things I see on blogs and websites. (thank you, talented, creative people!) and I copy from books.
