The card - background is patterned paper.  Scalloped piece across the bottom is a die cut.  Sentiment is heat embossed and die cut.  Pretty darn easy!

Back to the stamping table today.  I kept getting side tracked yesterday so didn't get as much done as I had  planned.  (Story of my life - LOL).
