The card - background has a piece of patterned paper at the bottom.  Smaller piece is cut out and the border at the top is die cut.  Flower is stamped, colored with Copics, die cut and then popped up.  Add a sentiment and some ribbon.

Have a few errands to run this morning and then hopefully some time in the stamp room.
