The card - background is patterned paper.  Stems are stamped and then die cut.  Sentiment piece is die cut and popped up.  Pretty darn easy!

Looking forward to lunch with a friend today.  Probably should get something done besides that, but no plans yet.  I'll work on it while I have some more caffeine.
