The card - background panels are both embossed.  The stems are stamped, die cut and then popped up.  The circle is a thin metal ring..  

I think I have a free day!  Not sure what I'm doing because I really didn't make any plans.  But I think I'll try to get some stamping done!  Just a bit more caffeine first!
