The card - just a few layers for the background :)   The smallest panel has a die cut border at the top with an added strip of cardstock down the side. The leaves are die cut and the top one is popped up.  Add a small sentiment and some twine.

A Dr's appointment this morning - just a routine checkup.  And then...?   Not sure what I'm doing the rest of the day.  There's several things that I need to do so I'm sure I can do something productive.  (or I can read a book and take a nap!)
