The card - the background piece is embossed.  I die cut a circle out and then added a scalloped die cut circle on top.  The flowers and leaves are all die cut and I added just a bit of color to the larger flowers  with a sponge dauber.  

Aw....a free day!  Have so many things I want to do, I'm not sure where to start.  I guess I'll figure it out after a walk and a bit more caffeine!
