The card - more patterned paper.  The smaller panel is a piece of patterned paper and I cut an extra heart and some leaves from another piece and then popped them up on top.  Add some ribbon.  Super easy!  

I think we're back on the regular schedule this week.  Whew!   Hoping to get a few chores done this morning, but I'm really looking forward to a relaxing afternoon with the Needle Keepers.  I've missed them the last few weeks!  With sick kids, no school, etc., it's been several weeks since we've gotten together.  It will be good to see them all again!
