The card - top part of background is a background die cut.  Bottom of background is patterned paper.  Flowers and leaves are hand cut from patterned paper.  Add some ribbon and a sentiment.  So easy!  

Looks like I'm going to need to shovel snow at some point today.  Or maybe it will melt before I get to it :)  However, at this point it's still snowing so I think I'll just go spend some time in the stamp room!
