The card - the background is embossed. Patterned paper on the left side. Ginkgo leaves are a die cut. Add a die cut sentiment piece, ribbon and a bit of bling. Super easy!
Since Hudson and I took down all the winter decorations I still haven't put any thing else back up. It looks a bit bare in some spots. That's my goal for the day!
