The card - background is patterned paper with a smaller panel of vellum on top.  Flowers and leaves are die cut from patterned paper and popped up.  Sentiment is stamped on a tag die cut.  Add a bit of bling and twine.

Have had a request for some graduation cards.  Ordered some generic die cuts from Amazon and they arrived yesterday - so, guess I'll be spending the day in the stamp room!
