The card - background is embossed with a piece of patterned paper down the side.  Flowers are inked with a sponge dauber and stamped directly on the smaller panel.  The panel is matted with a piece of vellum and a piece of cardstock.  Sentiment piece is stamped, die cut and then popped up.
