The card - background is patterned paper.  Small panel is die cut.  Flower is stamped on the cream panel and that panel is popped up.  Sentiment is stamped, die cut and popped p.  Add some ribbon and a bit of bling.

And it's Tuesday which means a relaxing afternoon with the Needle Keepers.  Before that though I need to get a few chores done and then go get a hair cut.  Class tonight too.  A full day!
