The card - background panel is patterned paper.  Smaller panel is embossed and matted.  Leafy stems are die cut.  Half circle piece is die cut and embossed.  Add a sentiment, some ribbon and a bit of bling.

No school today so I get some extra 'Grandma time' with Hudson.  Yay!
