The card - just some squares popped up in the corner.  Two of the squares are just plain card stock, the other two have a small leaf stamped in the corner.  Add a die cut stem and a sentiment.  Super easy!  

Another free day!  More time in the stamp room! (plus a little laundry in between :)  That's the only plan for today!
