The card - background is embossed.  Leaves are die and popped up.  Add a sentiment and some twine.  Easy peasy!

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!  It was a terrific day here with friends and family.  The boys ended up coming home with me and spent the night.  We're supposed to get rain/snow today, so it's a good day to stay inside and put up the Christmas tree (Hudson has been waiting all week!).
