The card - background panel is patterned paper.  A die cut background piece is added on top of that.  Leaves are die cut and popped up.  Add a sentiment piece and a bit of bling.

Looking forward to a day of stamping.  The weather has turned cold, so hoping it will get me in the mood to work on Christmas cards!
