The card - background is embossed.  Smaller panel is stamped with a variety of background stamps.  I added a strip of patterned paper at the top and bottom.  The large leaves are stamped on colored cardstock and then die cut.  The smaller leaves are die cut.  The sentiment strip is stamped, die cut and popped up.  Add a bit of bling.
