The card - background is patterned paper.  Smaller panel is stamped with the leafy image and the sentiment and then embossed.  Add a bit of bling.  Super easy!

And I'm back from vacation.  Had an awesome time - hard to come back but nice to sleep in my own bed :).  Today is 'Grandma time' with Ethan.  (Jeff said he was having Grandma withdrawals:).  That's all for today!
