The card - background is embossed with an added strip of patterned paper and some ribbon.  Leafy stems are die cut.  Sentiment piece is stamped, die cut and popped up.  Add a bit of bling.

Breakfast with a friend this morning.  Then off to do a few errands.  Maybe I'll have time to do some stamping if I still am energetic enough :)
