The card - background piece is embossed with a piece of patterned paper added to the center.  The flower image is stamped, die cut and popped up.  Add a sentiment and some bling.

Oh my, another free day.  The laundry is done, the yard work is done and the house is pretty clean.  Now what?  Guess I will try to get some stamping done.  Maybe some stitching too.
