The card - background is patterned paper.  Circle and leaves are die cut.  Add a sentiment on the circle and some gold twine.  

I'm back!  Had a wonderful trip to California.  A family wedding, lots of visiting with family, the beach, Disneyland and lots of eating!  Now it's back to real life!  A trip to the grocery store is first on the list because the refrigerator is empty.  Looking forward to getting together with friends tonight to work on calendar toppers.
