The card - background piece is embossed.  Leafy stems are die cut.  Sentiment piece is stamped, die cut and popped up.  Add some ribbon.  Super easy!

Trying hard to get motivated this morning.  I need to get to work on class projects, so I'm thinking that should be my goal for the day!  We'll see how that works out :)
