The card - (this was a card layout that I used for a calendar topper this year.  The background is patterned paper.  The sentiment is stamped.  The wreath and shamrocks are die cut.  Add some bling and some twine.

'Grandma day' with Ethan.  We may have to find a special dessert to make for dinner tonight - something green at least :).
