The card - background is embossed.  Smaller panel is embossed and then popped up.  Flower image is stamped, colored using stencils and sponging brushes, die cut and popped up.  Add some ribbon and a sentiment.  (I love this new SU set that uses stencils for coloring - so much fun!)
