The card - background is embossed.  Smaller panel is patterned paper.  Flowers are stamped, die cut and then popped up.  Stems, leaves and flower centers are all die cut.

A busy week coming up!  (more birthday celebrations too! :)  The boys have dentist appointments today, so their Mom is on duty for that.  I'm going to help out  a friend with a ride to a Dr appointment and then do a couple of errands.  Looking forward to family dinner tonight to hear all about their camping weekend!
