The card - background is patterned paper with some added grunge stamped here and there.  The butterfly is die cut and popped up.  Add a sentiment and some twine.

What a great birthday day!  Stitching with friends, (and Karen brought a special yummy treat!),  dinner with family and then the boys decided to spend the night!  (the perfect ending to a wonderful day!)  Just dropped Ethan off at pre-school and now Hudson and I can figure out what to do with our day!  Planning on doing some stitching with friends tonight!  And birthday month continues....🎂!
