The card - background is embossed.  Smaller piece is patterned paper.  Leaves are die cut from patterned paper.  Hearts and sentiment piece are die cut and popped up.  Add some twine and some bling.

Goodness, I am already missing my 'Grandma day' with Ethan.  But the boys were so excited about their vacation and I'm sure they are having a wonderful time!  But that leaves me with another free day!  I will hopefully finish up the last few things on my list today (or most of them anyway!)
