The card - background has a die cut border down the right side.  The strip in the middle is patterned paper.  Leaves are die cut/embossed from patterned paper.  Add some twine.

And I'm off......spending a few days in the mountains at my friend Rena's cabin.  Stitching, walking, enjoying the scenery - it's going to be a great get away!
