The card - background is patterned paper at the top, solid cardstock at the bottom.  The sentiment is heat embossed with gold.  The trees are die cut.  Add a bit of bling.  Super easy!

Yearly physical this afternoon, but I really need to get to work on the class stuff this morning.   Glad I finished the outdoor decorations yesterday since everything is covered with snow this morning.  Brrrrr!
