The card - background is embossed with 2 pieces of patterned paper added.  Leafy stems and sentiment piece are die cut.  Add some pretty ribbon.

And I'm off this morning to my volunteer job.   Craft Addict (a local craft store) has just opened in their new location so this afternoon I'm going to join some friends there to do some stitching.  A full day!
