The card - background is embossed.  Leaf image is stamped, die cut and then popped up.  Add some twine.

Back to the stamp room today.  I didn't get much stamping done during the holidays so now that I have a bit more free time I plan on getting some cards made.   I need to restock my birthday cards and get projects done for class.
