The card - background is patterned paper. Samll leafy stem on the side is stamped. The bigger leafy image is stamped then die cut. Add some bling and some twine.
Winter break is over :( and it's a totally free day for me, the boys are back at school .... a good day for stamping! That's my plan for the day!
