The card - background is embossed with a strip of patterned paper at the bottom.  The scalloped piece at the bottom is die cut and added under the patterned paper.  The flower and leaves are stamped, die cut and then popped up.  

'Grandma day' with both boys today - it's Spring Break!   I think part of our plan for the day is to go bowling this morning.  Looking forward to a fun day!
