The card - background is patterned paper.  Sentiment pieces are die cut.  Add some twine.  Super easy!

Ethan has been delivered to preschool, Hudson is finishing breakfast and now we just need to decide what to do with our day.  It's kind of up in the air because we didn't have a plan :)  I'm sure we can think of something !
