The card - background panel is die cut with added patterned paper.  Leafy stem and sentiment piece are die cut and popped up.  Add some ribbon and a bit of bling.

80 degrees one week and snow the next!  Crazy!  Wish I could stay in today but I will be out at Craft Addict helping teach a class on the coiled baskets.  Looking forward to a fun day!  Hope the snow stops soon though.
