The card - background panel is embossed.  Flowers are stamped, die cut and popped up.  Leaves are die cut and tucked in behind the flowers.  Add some ribbon and some bling.

Have an appointment later this morning and then I'm looking forward to a fun afternoon teaching a friend to make a coiled basket!
