The card - background is patterned paper.  The circle , the circle border and the front trees are all die cut.  The background trees are stamped inside the circle.  Add some bling, twine and a stamped sentiment.

Laundry and a bit of yard work today.  Trying to get myself organized to leave on vacation :)
