The card - balloons are punched out and popped up.  The strings are drawn on with a micro pen.  The lettering is die cut and the sentiments are stamped.

Had planned on working in the yard today - still need to finish up the drip system.  But it's raining and it's wet and cold.  Maybe a bit later :)  Planning on crafting with a friend this afternoon - she's learning to make coiled baskets!
