The card - patterned paper on the left side of the background.  Smaller panel is die cut.  Sailboat is stamped, die cut and popped up.  Sentiment and compass are stamped directly on the panel.  Add some twine.

An unexpected free day.  No plan.  I guess I better come up with one :)
