The card - background is patterned paper.  Smaller panel is die cut  Flowers and leaves are stamped, die cut and popped up.  Add some bling and a sentiment.

A free day!  I got some new stamping stuff from my friends last night, so guess what I'm doing today.  The yard work is done, the house chores are mostly done so I'm planning on spending the entire day in the stamp room!  Yay!
