The card - background is embossed and the piece was cut into 3 strips.  The leafy images are die cut.  The sentiment is heat embossed.  Add some bling and some twine.

Time to do some yard work.  I've kind of neglected the poor yard this year and now I need to do a bit of catching up in some areas.  I have a small yard and I've managed to keep it watered and mowed but the weeds have sprouted in some areas and it's time to get some of those areas cleaned up!  So, today is the day!
