The card - background panel is embossed with a strip of patterned paper down the left side.  flowers are stamped twice, once in green, once in pink and then die cut.  I hand cut the flowers off of  the pink  die cut and then attached them to the green one .    The large words are die cut.  Smaller sentiment is stamped on a die cut piece.

The card - I stamped a bit of grunge down the right hand side and then embossed the entire panel.  The balloon is punched out and popped up and then I drew the line with a fine tip pen.  'Celebrate' is a die cut.

Jeff and family are spending the weekend away with Sara's family so no  'Grandma time' for me today.  :(   Not sure what I'm going to do with myself.  I was actually very productive yesterday so now the house is clean and the laundry is done.  Now what?  I'm sure I can figure out something!

Aw, I'm so excited.....way back in September I bought (and paid for) a new sofa and recliner/rocker.  Long story short, manufacturing/shipping was delayed because of the pandemic - 3 different times!  Now it's been 7 months and I'm finally getting my new furniture today!!!!!  Yipee!

Time to clean up the stamping mess from the last two days.  But, gotta say, it was a fairly productive two days - yay!  I've decided to start my card classes again - all but one have gotten their vaccine so I think we're good to go!  I'm excited to see everyone after all this time!   So now I need to get my act together and figure out the class stuff!

The boys ended up with a sleepover last night.  We had a fun dinner out and lots of laughs before bed time!  Love those sleepovers!  Today we're off to a 5 year olds birthday party at a park.    (Jeff is in Las Vegas playing golf and Sara is working - means extra Grandma time for me - yay!)  A fun day!

Springtime in the Rockies.......  Wow!  17"of snow in the last 2 days on Grand Mesa.  (45 minutes from here)  Glad for the moisture, glad it's up there and not down here in the valley!!!

The card - lots of patterned paper!  The middle section with the flowers is a piece of just black and white and I colored the background instead of the flowers.   Then I used matching card stock for the card and the borders.  

Got sidetracked yesterday and didn't get much done in the house.  But I did get lots of errands done - lol!  Ended up running all over town in the morning and by the time I got home I was definitely no longer motivated.  But, there's always today.  😂
