The card - Super simple!  Background is embossed.  Smaller panel is a piece of patterned paper with a sentiment added at the bottom.  Some added twine and a bit of bling.  Easy peasy!

Need to finish the laundry and then I have no idea.  Already missing my Thursday afternoon knitting friends (taking a break for a bit)  Feeling a little discombomulated these days......need to get myself organized!

Have a wonderful day!

The card - the background panel is die cut on each side with the decorative die. (SU) The leaf is die cut from a piece that was stamped with the distress background .(SU)The gray and white stems were die cut.   A bit of bling, a twine bow and a sentiment.

An appointment first thing this morning and then ?   I have to make a decision about classes coming up.  Our county is experiencing higher cases of Covid (along with the rest of the country) so we have lost our Protect Your Neighbor status and we're back at level orange.  No gatherings outside family, etc.  So.....it looks like I might need to cancel my classes for a bit.  😢   Need to make a decision here soon!  Definite sad face!

Hope you all are staying safe and doing well.  Enjoy your day!

Time to get to work on class stuff.....time has gotten away from me the last week or so.  That's today's plan!

Have a wonderful day!

The card - nothing fancy here - everything is stamped directly on the panel.  I stamped the leaves a couple a times without reinking to make a bit of variety.  Easy!

'Grandma time' today.  That's all.

Have a great day!

The beginning of this year's Christmas card.......(that snowflake die cut sure does make a mess!)   The pieces are all cut, the snowflakes are die cut - now all that is left is to put them together!  Looking forward to a day of crafting with friends - and being productive!

The card - The background panel is embossed.  Two of the circle are punched from patterned paper.  The circle frame is die cut.  Ad added die cut branch, bling and a sentiment.  Super easy!

Gotta say, I was super productive yesterday!  I did wash the windows and although they are much better they still need a bit more scrubbing (probably a job for next spring).  I cleaned up the yard and mowed the lawn for the last time before winter sets in.  And....I started working on my Christmas cards.  Yay!  Now, I have no idea what to do today.  I am meeting a friend for lunch, but that's about my only plan!  Maybe I'll get some more work done on the Christmas cards!

Have a great day!

The card - background panel is embossed with an added strip of patterned paper.  The leaves are die cut and popped up.  The small panel is die cut and the background is stamped randomly with leaves and an added sentiment.

A few errands this morning and then I'm still thinking about washing the windows.  Seems silly when it's supposed to rain in a couple of days, but... it's nice out now and it's supposed to get cold after this storm.  Oh, decisions, decisions!    For several reasons we are postponing our knitting group until after Thanksgiving - 😞 - sad face.  Going to miss my Thursday afternoon knitting friends!  I better get myself organized and use the time wisely!

Have a wonderful day!

Not sure what I'm doing today.  (hmmm....that seems to happen more and more lately :)  I had thought I was going to wash the windows - a job that is way past due.  But....it's supposed to rain and/or snow towards the end of the week.  Now, do I want to waste my time or not?  We'll see.  Looking forward to stitching with a friend tonight!

Have a wonderful day!

Have a wonderful day!

The card - The tree is stamped directly on the background piece.  I added leaves in a variety of colors, both on the tree and on the bottom of the panel.  The fence is die cut and popped up.

Finishing up the closet today.  The flip flops are all put away 😢 - always a sad day!  But I do love my sweatshirts for winter, so I guess it's a trade-off!

Have a great day!

The card - using some patterned paper.  The strip along the left is embossed, right side is patterned paper.  There's a piece of twine ribbon between the two.  Small panel and leaf are die cut.

I think fall has ended and winter has begun.  BRRR....not quite ready!  Time to put the summer clothes away and dig out the winter stuff.  Yuk!  I like winter clothes, I just don't like like winter weather. but it's here, like it or not.  So, I guess it's time to deal with the clothes!

Have a great day!

Monday, October 26, 2020

The card - a bit of grunge on the background of the small panel.  Circle is a die cut (SU).  Leaves are stamped, die cut and popped up.

Oh brrr...... lots of snow and  freezing temps.  18 degrees this morning!  Guess it's time to put the flip flops away  😕  Lots to get done today - 'Grandma day', clean the house, cook a birthday dinner tonight and make Halloween cookies!  Full day!
