The card - more from the new set.   Flowers and label are die cut.  The card is white with a strip of gray at the top and bottom.  Center strip is a piece of ombre paper.  Super simple!

'Leaving on a jet plane'........it's almost time!  Woo hoo!  My flight isn't until later tonight so I have to mow the lawn this morning and then all that's left is to pack my suitcase.  Soooo excited!!!   I'm hoping to get some posts scheduled to post before I leave, but if I run out of time you may not see anything from me for the next week!  (disconnecting  this week - not taking my computer!)  But I'll be back!!!!

The card - another one using new stuff from SU!    (The name of this set is Meadow dies - the matching stamp set is Quiet Meadow)    I embossed the background.  The oval frame is made by cutting two oval dies together.  (layering one inside the other)  I cut the flower die twice, once in green and then again in pink.  I cut the pink flowers off and added them to the green stems.  The other leaves are die cut in green and white.  The label is stamped and then die cut. 

A busy day.  Need to get my house cleaned up a bit this morning.  (I really like to come home from vacation to a clean house!!!)  Knitting/handwork group this afternoon and then class tonight!

The card - I stamped the background stamp with three different colors and then die cut the butterfly from the center of the stamped images.  Then I just popped the butterfly up in the same space.  Super easy!

'Grandam time' with Ethan today.  Plus Jeff's birthday dinner tonight.  Did some of the meal prep yesterday but still have to make some ice cream and a cake.  It's a good day for Ethan to take a nice long nap!!!!
