The card - background is patterned paper.  Trees are die cut and popped up.  Sentiment is heat embossed on die cut patterned paper.  Super easy!

Dr appointment first thing this morning.  Then it's on to the grocery store and then I need to make more peanut brittle.  That's probably it for today!
